Hot News & Events Proposed Tower Ordinance for Public Hearing Wednesday, March 03, 2010 The County Commissioners continue to consider a new Tower Ordinance for Richmond County. After the public hearing convened during the March 1st, 2010 meeting of the Board of Commissioners, amendments to the proposal were added to the working draft. This new draft will be on the agenda for the April 12th, 2010 meeting of the Board. The proposed ordinance, as amended during the March 1st meeting may be reviewed by clicking here.
