1. Depart Charlotte heading East on Independence Blvd/US-74 Hwy toward Monroe.
2. From the intersection of E. Independence Blvd and I-485 travel 52 miles.
3. Approximately 1/2 mile after crossing the Pee Dee River Bridge into Richmond County, take Exit 306 to merge onto US-74 BUS /E. Broad Ave toward Rockingham and travel 6.0 miles.
4. Proceed through intersection with US Hwy 220/I-73 and prepare to turn left at the next traffic light which is the intersection of US-74 BUS and US-1 Hwy.
5. Turn left onto US-1 Hwy N./Hancock St. and proceed to the next traffic light which is the intersection with Franklin St.
6. The County Administration Building is located at the north-east corner of this intersection. 
7. You must to turn right due to one way streets, then make an immediate left behind the County Administration Building for parking.
   
   From the intersection of East Independence Blvd/US-74 and I-485, the travel distance is 58 miles and travel time is 1 hour and 10 minutes.

1. Depart Columbia heading East on I-20 toward Camden.
2. From the intersection of I-20 and I-77 travel 22 miles.
3. Take Exit 98, turn left onto US-521 N/Sumter Hwy to Camden and travel 2.7 miles.
4. Turn right onto US-1 N/E Dekalb St and travel 54.9 miles to Cheraw.
5. In Cheraw, US-1 N / US-9 / US-52 travel jointly as city streets.
6. Turn left onto 2nd St and travel 0.4 miles.
7. Take the 3rd right onto Powe St and travel 1.9 miles.
8. Turn left onto US-1 N toward Rockingham and travel 18.2 miles.
9. In the city of Rockingham, proceed through the intersection with US-74 to the next traffic light which is the intersection with Franklin St.
10. The County Administration Building is located at the north-east corner of this intersection.
11. You must to turn right due to one way streets, then make an immediate left behind the County Administration Building for parking.
    
    From the intersection of I-20 and I-77, the travel distance is 100 miles and travel time is 2 hours.

1. Depart  Raleigh heading South on US-1 Hwy toward Sanford.
2. From the intersection of US-1 Hwy and I-40 travel 90 miles through to Rockingham.
3. As you travel through the city of Rockingham, US-1 Hwy will be named Fayetteville Rd and then E. Washington St.
4. Turn left at traffic light at the intersection of Washington St. and Hancock St.
5. Proceed toward the next traffic light. Parking is available on the left side of Hancock St. at the last two entrances prior to the traffic light at the intersection of Hancock St. and Franklin St.
6. The County Administration Building is located at the north-east corner of this intersection.
   
   From the intersection of US-1 Hwy and I-40, the travel distance is 91 miles and travel time is 1 hour and 45 minutes.

1. Depart  Wilmington heading West on US-74 Hwy toward Whiteville.
2. From the Cape Fear River Bridge travel 128 miles through to Rockingham.
3. After entering Richmond County and on the outskirts of the city of Hamlet, remain on the US-74 Hwy Bypass for faster travel.
4. Take Exit 311, turn right onto US-1 Hwy heading North toward Rockingham and proceed 2.2 miles.
5. In the city of Rockingham, proceed through the intersection with US-74 to the next traffic light which is the intersection with Franklin St.
6. The County Administration Building is located at the north-east corner of this intersection.
7. You must to turn right due to one way streets, then make an immediate left behind the County Administration Building for parking.
   
   From the Cape Fear River Bridge in Wilmington, the travel distance is 130 miles and travel time is 2 hours and 20 minutes.
