The PZBOA (Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment) public meetings are held at the Richmond County Agricultural Services Building 123 Caroline Street Rockingham, NC 28379 at 5:30 PM. Meetings are scheduled the second Tuesday of the month and held as needed. Meeting dates and times are posted and subject to change.
